• Promoting sustainable and equitable agriculture and rural development through effective credit support, related services, institution building and other innovative initiatives. 

• Extending formal banking services to the unreached rural poor by evolving a supplementary credit delivery strategy in a cost effective manner by promoting Self Help Groups (SHGs) 

Providing assistance to undertake Skill Based Development Programmes, MED Programmes specially to train rural women in Kasuti, Tailoring (skill up gradation) etc.

Manndeshi Foundation approached DDM NABARD Dharwad for assistance to impart training in Kasuti (Karnataka/Dharwad) extended assistance to have 5 batch of training for rural women and extend them marketing assistance,  Such three programmes are over now 4th and 5th batch are ongoing.
